- I did not receive the invoice/ bill.

- I am waiting for my cheques to come in.

- I was robbed on my way to the post office.
- I lost my job and my husband just had a heart attack.
- This is my son’s bill and he moved away.
- I had to have a leg amputation and I was in the hospital for 6 months.
- My dog died and I had to use the money I had for your bill for veterinary costs.
- I didn’t know that I REALLY had to pay that bill.
